It is not always possible to prevent diabetes, but you can tip the scales in your favor. It is not always possible, all these steps are executed, but you can at least follow some of them.

The first step is to eat less. Start with smaller plates. This allows you to fill the smaller plate and feel less deprived.

The second step is to eat less meat. Try to eat parts no larger than a deck of cards (3 ounces).
